Second Grader Juliana Nesby Jumping in honor of AVERY CASTILLO!!

Juliana Nesby is Jumping Rope for Heart in honor of her cousin, Avery Castillo. Avery got very sick when she was 4 months old. Luckily, we found out just in time that she was so sick because was born with 2 heart defects: coarctation of the aorta and a bicuspid aortic valve. Avery had emergency life saving open heart surgery at The Children's Hospital of Illinois. She is doing great now and is a happy, healthy 4 year old. Juliana loves spending time and playing with her cousin.
