Bent's E-Learning will be broken into four domains:  Psychomotor (Physical), Affective, Social and Cognitive.  On days where school has been cancelled, try to engage in all 4 of them to the best of your ability.

The Psychomotor domain addresses physical competency, fundamental motor skills, health and skill-related fitness, technique and psychomotor skills.

1.  Click here for juggling:                                  or go to ewchris2.wixsite.com/superstarpe/juggling

2.  Continue to work on Push-up, squat and sit-up exercises we have performed together as a group in PE.   January - Even days = Push-ups (Minimum 15), Odd Days = Squats and sit-ups (Minumum 15).  On the 16th, do 16 push-ups OR back touches PER HAND in apush-u position and on the 17th, do 17 squats and sit-ups and so on until the 31st of the month.

The Social domain addresses leadership, working with peers or SIBLINGS, treating others with non-judgmental sensitivity, and playing by the rules and communication.

1.  This is all about the PLATINUM RULE, not the Golden Rule.  Treat people the way they want to be treated, NOT the way you want to be treated.  What is good for you is not always what is good for those around you!  Be empathetic to your siblings and parents as you do things around the house on any given E-Learning Day.

The Cognitive domain addresses the development of content knowledge and intellectual skills.

The Affective domain addresses motivation, confidence, self-esteem and engagement.

1.  Are you motivated to perform the Psychomotor skills listed above?

2.  Are you confident in yourself to get better at them if you struggle at them?

3.  Are you disciplined enough to actually set time aside to try them?
