ALSO - I am opening up the club to any player that was cut from any of the teams.  e will work on basic baseball skills and work on what you need to work on as a whole.

 

 

 

SUPPLEMENTAL TRYOUTS

I will offer a supplemental tryout to players on an individual basis that are not able to make tryouts the same time everyone else does due to other family commitments.  My expectation is that ALL players hoping to make a team or club are at tryouts with all of the other players.  I DO UNDERSTAND that this can possibly open up issues with other players and their families that are there but I ALSO UNDERSTAND that "other family commitments" are mostly beyond the player's control and I do not want the player to be penalized for this.  

**NO MORE THAN FOUR supplemental tryout times will be accepted.**

Here are the conditions if a player has to miss the regularly scheduled tryouts:

 

1.  Contact me at ewchris2@yahoo.com ASAP to make possible arrangements AFTER regular tryouts are held.

2.  Supplemental tryouts WILL NOT be very long.  They will be VERY, VERY quick assessments of hitting, fielding ground balls and fly balls and decisions regarding making a team or club will be emailed later that day.

3.  8th graders may not miss regular tryout times.

4.  If a player makes a team after a supplemental tryout, they will be on a two-week minimum probationary period starting AFTER THE FIRST COMPLETED GAMES and WILL NOT play in any games or travel to away games.  After the probationary period is over, PT will be allowed and up to the coaching staff.

5.  Parents and players that miss the first day of tryouts will still need to complete respective contracts that will be handed out Monday, August 31, 2017.  The forms will be on the main page Monday, August 31.

6.  There WILL NOT be supplemental tryouts for any player that attends the first day of tryouts.  If a player shows up the second day without being there the first day will not be allowed to tryout anyway.
